3. Extended 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory 14-day withdrawal right, we offer an extended 30-day return policy for unopened products.
3.1 Eligibility for 30-Day Returns
To be eligible for our 30-day return policy, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Dietary supplements with broken seals or opened packaging
- Products that have been partially or fully consumed
- Products that have been mixed with other products
4. Return Process

5. Refunds
5.1 Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
5.2 Refund Amount
For eligible returns, we will refund:
- The full purchase price of the product(s)
- The original standard shipping cost (if you return all items from an order within the 14-day withdrawal period)
If you chose an express or premium shipping option that costs more than standard shipping, we will only refund the standard shipping amount.
5.3 Deductions
We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. For sealed products, this means we cannot provide a full refund if the seal has been broken, unless the product is defective.
5.4 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:

6. Defective or Damaged Products
